Audi launches Q3, Q3 Sportback Bold Edition at Rs 54.65 lakh
The Bold Edition costs nearly Rs 1.50 lakh more than the top-spec Technology trim.
Audi India has launched a new limited-edition variant of the Q3 SUV and Q3 Sportback. Called the ‘Bold Edition’, this new special edition brings in a blacked-out exterior package and is priced at Rs 54.65 lakh and Rs 55.71 lakh for the SUV and Sportback, respectively (both prices ex-showroom, India). The interior and powertrain, however, remain unchanged.
Audi Q3, Q3 Sportback Bold Edition: what’s new?
The gloss black treatment has been meted out to the grille, air intake surrounds on the front bumper, the window line surround, wing mirror caps and the roof rails. The Audi logo at the front and rear have also been blacked out, while the 18-inch, 5-spoke alloy wheels get a new optional dual-tone finish. The S-Line exterior package is also standard on the Q3 Bold Edition.
Compared to the top-spec Technology trim of both models, the Q3 Bold Edition costs Rs 1.48 lakh more while the Q3 Sportback Edition is Rs 1.49 lakh dearer.
Audi Q3, Q3 Sportback Bold Edition: interior, powertrain
The interior remains unchanged on both these special edition models. Some of the highlight features include a panoramic sunroof, powered front seats with four-way lumbar support, multi-colour ambient lighting, dual-zone climate control, wireless charger, parking aid plus with rearview camera, gesture-controlled tailgate and six airbags.
Under the hood, the Q3 and Q3 Sportback Bold Editions carry over the familiar 2.0-litre, four-cylinder turbo-petrol engine that produces 190hp and 320Nm of torque. It comes paired with a 7-speed DCT gearbox, sending drive to all four wheels.
