Ather Energy launches ExpressCare, EV servicing in 60 minutes

Ather Energy, a prominent player in the electric vehicle (EV) sector, has introduced ExpressCare, a service allowing customers to get their scooters serviced within 60 minutes without compromising on service quality. This initiative aims to redefine the vehicle servicing experience by providing quick, efficient, and high-quality service. As of now, there are 20 ExpressCare service centers across the top 11 cities, and the company plans to expand the number to 50 by March 2024 as part of its ongoing expansion strategy.

ExpressCare is designed to prioritise customer time, ensuring a swift and smooth service experience. The process involves two highly skilled technicians working simultaneously on a scooter to complete comprehensive service within 60 minutes—significantly reducing standard servicing times and allowing customers to get back on the road quickly. The ExpressCare workshops will also implement an appointment system, enabling customers to reserve bays in advance for enhanced convenience. Customers can avail the express service for a nominal premium ranging between Rs. 125 to Rs. 150. ExpressCare has already gained significant traction, with over 2000 customers availing the service in the last two months, the company shared.

Ravneet Singh Phokela, Chief Business Officer of Ather Energy, commented, "We have always believed in an ecosystem approach when it comes to building EVs, and providing a seamless service experience is part of it. To further enhance the service experience, we are introducing ExpressCare, which will ensure quicker service. We will continue to introduce more services in the coming months to provide a hassle-free experience to consumers."

Currently, Ather Energy operates 156 service centers across India and plans to add 50 more by March 2024.
