ASK Automotive Reports Strong Q4 FY25 Results with 42% YoY Profit Growth
ASK Automotive Limited announced its financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025, showcasing strong performance across key financial metrics.
ASK Automotive reported revenue from operations of ₹849.67 crore in Q4 FY25. While this marked a slight decline from ₹915.10 crore in Q3 FY25, it was higher than the ₹782.51 crore reported in Q4 FY24. The company's total income for the quarter stood at ₹852.69 crore, compared to ₹919.25 crore in the preceding quarter and ₹785.86 crore in the same quarter of the previous year.
Profit before tax (PBT) for the quarter was ₹76.00 crore, which was lower than ₹85.91 crore in Q3 FY25 but represented an improvement over the ₹59.91 crore recorded in Q4 FY24. Profit after tax (PAT) came in at ₹57.61 crore, reflecting a 20.6% year-on-year increase from ₹47.76 crore in Q4 FY24.
Earnings per share (EPS) for the quarter stood at ₹2.92 (both basic and diluted), up from ₹2.42 in the corresponding quarter last year.
For the full financial year FY25, ASK Automotive recorded revenue from operations of ₹3,600.83 crore, an increase from ₹2,994.55 crore in FY24, representing a strong year-on-year growth of approximately 20%. The company’s total income rose to ₹3,612.71 crore in FY25, up from ₹3,004.95 crore in FY24.
Profit before tax for the year amounted to ₹327.37 crore, compared to ₹229.97 crore in the previous financial year. Net profit (PAT) surged to ₹247.62 crore, reflecting a significant 42.5% increase over ₹173.77 crore in FY24.
Earnings per share (EPS) for FY25 stood at ₹12.56 (basic), up from ₹8.81 recorded in the prior year.
Total expenses for the fourth quarter amounted to ₹779.44 crore, down from ₹834.50 crore in Q3 FY25. Major cost components during the quarter included ₹549.42 crore for material consumption and ₹46.80 crore for employee benefits. The total tax expense for Q4 FY25 was ₹18.39 crore, comprising ₹16.40 crore in current tax and ₹1.99 crore in deferred tax.
The company reported a loss of ₹0.80 crore in other comprehensive income for Q4 FY25, largely due to actuarial losses from the remeasurement of defined benefit obligations.
ASK Automotive concluded FY25 with strong financial results, demonstrating consistent growth in revenue and profitability. The company’s improved margins and solid financial health position it well for continued momentum heading into FY26.
