Ashok Leyland wins 552 bus order from Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation

Ashok Leyland wins 552 bus order from Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation

Ashok Leyland, the Indian flagship of the Hinduja Group and the country’s leading commercial vehicle manufacturer, has bagged an order from TNSTC (Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation) for 552 Ultra-Low Entry (ULE) buses for public transport. 

Till date, Ashok Leyland has supplied more than 18,477 buses to Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation. 

This project is funded by the German Development Bank (KfW). Ashok Leyland will commence the delivery of these buses within the next few months, marking its commitment towards the growth and development of sustainable and inclusive mobility solutions.
