ACE Unveils Technology-Driven Equipment at EXCON 2025

Action Construction Equipment Ltd. (ACE) has launched a range of technology-enhanced construction and material handling equipment at EXCON 2025, showcasing innovations across multiple product categories.

The company, which holds over 63% market share in India's mobile cranes segment, introduced eight new products designed to address requirements in infrastructure development, industrial projects, and warehousing operations.

Key Product Launches

The portfolio includes the NX 230 and FC 150 pick and carry cranes, with the latter featuring a clutchless transmission system. The NX 230 incorporates single-chassis architecture aimed at improving stability during operations.

ACE also presented the AP25T articulated truck-mounted platform with a 300-kg capacity, and the FT 6040 flat-top tower crane with a 60-meter jib. The company introduced its first passenger and material hoist, powered by a 32 kW motor system.

Additional launches comprised the ADD 95 tandem roller with vibration and oscillation controls, the ASL 08/12/14 scissor lift series featuring AC brushless drive technology, and the AT30 telehandler with a 3-ton lifting capacity and 11.5-meter lifting height.

The F250 Ultra pick and carry crane includes three proprietary safety systems: Safe Crane Operation System (SCOS), Advanced Load Sensing System (ALSS), and Remote Articulation Stability (RAS).

ACE, established in 1995 and headquartered in Palwal, Haryana, manufactures equipment including mobile cranes, tower cranes, backhoe loaders, and aerial work platforms. The company operates through over 125 locations in India supported by 13 regional offices and exports to 37 countries across the Middle East, Africa, Asia, and Latin America.

Executive Director Sorab Agarwal stated that the equipment reflects the company's engineering capabilities and understanding of project site requirements, emphasizing productivity, safety, and operational cost management.

The product launches align with infrastructure development activities in roads, railways, metro projects, and industrial corridors across India. ACE indicated that most systems and components were developed domestically as part of its manufacturing approach.
