JSW MG Motor India has announced that its New Energy Vehicles (NEVs) contributed 49% of the company's total sales in September 2024. The carmaker reported retail sales of 4,588 units during the same period.
Starting in October 2024, JSW MG Motor India will transition to the Vaahan Portal for reporting sales figures. The company, which has consistently reported retail sales since the start of its operations in India, views this move as a reflection of the maturing and stable sales data over time.
The automotive sector has experienced some challenges in recent months. However, with the festive season approaching, the company remains optimistic about increased market activity and higher dealership footfalls.
