Yamaha rolls out new FZ-S, Fazer, FZ variants

April 30: India Yamaha Motor has launched new variants of its 150cc FZ-S, FZ and Fazer motorcycle range. The latest variants of the FZ-S and Fazer get new colours and graphics along with a longer and wider pillion seat, a grab bar, a large and wide rear fender to protect again mud splash and a new chain protector. The FZ gets a new LCD meter console.
Speaking about the bikes, Hiroyuki Suzuki, CEO and MD, India Yamaha Motor, said: “Our strategic intent is to provide customers with stylish variant to suit their fashion statement and personality. We are confident that these variants too will be an instant hit among the biking enthusiasts.”
While the new FZ will cost Rs 69,250, the FZ-S is priced at Rs 71,280 and the Fazer, Rs 76,380 (all ex-showroom Delhi).
India Yamaha Motor has manufacturing operations at Surajpur in Uttar Pradesh and Faridabad in Haryana and produces motorcycles both for the domestic and export markets. It currently has a countrywide network of over 400 dealers. Its product portfolio includes VMAX (1679cc), MT01 (1670cc), YZF-R1 (998cc), FZ1 (998cc), Fazer (153cc), FZ-S (153cc), FZ (153cc), SZ, SZ-X & SZ-R (153cc), YZF-R15 Version 2.0 (150cc), SS125 (123cc), YBR 125 (123cc), YBR 110 (106cc) and Crux (106cc).
