VW Jetta receives ‘TNS Voice of the Customer’ award in premium midsize segment
Mumbai, September 6. 2013: The Volkswagen Jetta received the TNS Voice of the Customer Award for the premium midsize saloon category in the TNS Total Customer Satisfaction Study.
Mumbai, September 6. 2013: The Volkswagen Jetta received the TNS Voice of the Customer Award for the premium midsize saloon category in the TNS Total Customer Satisfaction Study. The study, conducted by TNS, which is one of the world's leading providers of automotive marketing information and insights, covered 63 car models across all passenger car segments, with a sample size of more than 8,000 car owners across 28 cities in India.
The findings of the study have it that the Jetta performed highly in the areas of quality, brand image, sales and aftersales service, cost of ownership and performance in delivering total satisfaction to its customers.
Commenting on the award, Arvind Saxena, managing director, Volkswagen Passenger Cars, Volkswagen Group Sales India, said: “Since its introduction, the Jetta has established itself as a leading contender in the premium midsize car segment in India. The TNS Voice of Customer Award further establishes the superior build quality of Volkswagen cars, which our customers clearly appreciate.”
Pradeep Saxena, executive director, TNS Automotive, added, “The premium midsize saloon category is a highly competitive one and the customers are knowledgeable as well as demanding. It is creditable for the Volkswagen Jetta to provide the highest level of satisfaction to such customers.”
