Homologation and certification costs that the Indian automotive industry incurs overseas for exporting their products are likely to come down drastically with the UK-based Vehicle Certification Agency (VCA) setting up a full-fledged office in India as part of a tie-up with the National Automotive Testing and R&D Infrastructure Project (NATRIP).
