April 17: Porsche customers in the US are very satisfied with their workshop’s service performance. Porsche AG has emerged as the best German automotive manufacturer from a current survey by market research institute J D Power and Associates. Approximately 84,000 US car owners who acquired their new vehicles between one and three years ago were polled for the Customer Service Index 2012 (CSI).

In addition to repair services, the Porsche drivers included in the poll gave a particularly positive assessment of personal care. The verdict says that Porsche service advisors are characterised by a high degree of technical expertise, flexibility in agreeing appointments and by their friendly demeanour and helpfulness.
