TVS Motor's flagship scooter, Jupiter, has reached the 500,000 unit mark in sales. The scooter was launched in September, 2013. TVS Motor claims it is the fastest 500,000 by a scooter in India.

The Juptier is powered by an all-aluminium, low-friction 110cc engine that delivers a good mix of engine performance and fuel efficiency. It is primarily aimed at the male customer. The Jupiter competes with the Honda Activa and Hero Maestro.
