Tata Motors to host global CV service camp next week
Tata Motors Global Service Camp to be held between November 21-23and will aim to reach out to 25,000 commercial vehicles across 900 touchpoints in over 40 countries.
Tata Motors has announced the second edition of its Global Service Camp that will reach out to 25,000 commercial vehicles across 900 touchpoints in over 40 countries.
The service camp to be held between November 21 and 23 will enable customers to avail of comprehensive vehicle health check-ups, free labour along with special offers on lubes and many value-added-services.
CV customers will also get attractive discounts on Tata genuine parts and incentives to owners who take their vehicles to the service camp. Additionally, the camp will offer ‘High Mileage’ awards.
Tata Motors will also leverage the service camp to offer special pricing on its range of CVs and showcase some of its new products and services. The service camp will also act as a platform for various training initiatives for drivers as well as operators, introducing and briefing them on new commercial vehicle technologies, safety practices and vehicle productivity.
Commenting on the Global Service Camp, Rudrarup Maitra, head, International Business, Commercial Vehicles, Tata Motors, said: "This camp not only allows us to address the servicing needs of our customers' vehicles, but also gives us an opportunity to interact with all our stakeholders and assess their needs to better our product and service offerings going forward."
