The company has launched three new 3S dealerships in Trichy, Warangal and Madurai in the last three months with new state-of-the-art facilities. These dealerships will provide customers with a complete sale, service and spares experience, catering to Tata Motors’ complete range of commercial vehicles, all under one roof.
Equipped with accident repair bays, washing ramps, dedicated quick service bays, two-post hoists and inspection pits, these facilities are also equipped with amenities like advanced wheel alignment units and an automatic lube dispensing unit, along with driver restrooms with bunkers and washrooms. According to R T Wasan, vice-president, Sales and Marketing, Commercial Vehicle Business Unit, Tata Motors, “With one of the largest and growing commercial vehicles networks of over 600 touchpoints in the South, we at Tata Motors are well positioned for further growth in one of the most active trading regions in the country. With the widest product portfolios, it was equally important to work with the right partners in this market to further our network plans, to leverage the substantial demand for our commercial vehicles in the Southern region, and at the same time provide a world-class customer experience. With the setting-up of three new commercial dealerships in this market, we hope to build strong, lasting relationships with our customers here.”
