Tata Elxsi to get new CEO in October

Tata Elxsi announced the successor for Madhukar Dev, CEO and MD, who is set to retire on October 1, 2019.

Tata Elxsi, the global design and technology services company, part of the over $100 billion Tata Group, has announced the successor of Madhukar Dev, CEO and MD, who is set to retire on October 1, 2019.

The company's board of directors of in a meeting held on April 24,2019 discussed the succession plan for the head of Tata Elxsi. Following on the recommendation of the nomination and remuneration committee, the board decided to appoint Manoj Raghavan (pictured below) as the new CEO and MD for the design and technology services company with effect from October 02,2019, subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Raghavan, is a B.Tech from IIT, Madras and an MBA from IIFT, New Delhi and has been with Tata Elxsi for more than 20 years and has held various positions in sales, marketing and operations before being appointed as the executive vice-president, EPD in charge of the entire EPD business of the company in 2014.
