Spark Minda’ Q3 FY2019 revenue at Rs 769 crore, up 20.9%
The domestic component manufacturer has reported a revenue of 2,320.6 crore in April- December 2019, which is an increase of 23.9 percent.
Spark Minda, Ashok Minda Group, a major automotive component maker in India has reported a Q3 FY2018-19 revenue of Rs 769 crore, an increase of 20.9 percent compared to the same period last year.
For October-December, 2018 the EBITDA margin was 7.9 percent to Rs 54.8 crore YoY, and profit after tax (PAT) was Rs 46.2 crore (Q3 FY2018: Rs 37.9 crore), an increase of 5.9 percent. In the period from April- December, revenue rose 23.9 percent to Rs 2,320.6 crore (April-September, FY2018: Rs 1,872 crore), while PAT grew 5.5 percent to Rs 128.4 crore (9M FY2018: Rs 103 crore).
Spark Minda is one of the leading automotive component manufacturing companies in India. Spark Minda had also got approval from the board to amalgamate 6 wholly owned subsidiary companies.
