Skoda Auto India opens new 3S facility in Lucknow, to double the network by 2022

Under the 'INDIA 2.0' project, Skoda Auto India will increase the accessibility of the brand by doubling its dealer network across 50 new cities, over the next 3 years.

Skoda Auto India launched its newly designed 3S (Sales, Service, and Spares) facility in partnership with Kamal Kishore Auto Corp in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. The integrated sales and service outlet sports the new corporate identity and design, which is a part of Skoda Auto’s global redesigning process. Zac Hollis, director – sales, service, and marketing, Skoda Auto India and Neeraj Rastogi, dealer principal, Kamal Kishore Auto Corp inaugurated the state-of-the-art dealership facility. Under the 'INDIA 2.0' project, Skoda Auto India will increase the accessibility of the brand by doubling its dealer network across 50 new cities, over the next 3 years.

With the introduction of Kamal Kishore Auto Corp. in Lucknow, Skoda Auto India aims to further strengthen its position in Uttar Pradesh and push forward its campaign of establishing a strong foothold in the northern markets of our nation. Kamal Kishore Auto Corp. is located opposite high court, Faizabad Road, Lucknow to offer a superlative ownership experience with utmost ease and convenience across the region. The facility accommodates a six car display, six mechanical stations, and seven body shop bays. The workspace has a capacity to serve approx. 3,000 Skoda Auto vehicles per annum, with more than 20 dedicated aftersales personnel.

Commenting on the inauguration of the new customer touchpoint, Zac Hollis, director – sales, service, and marketing, Skoda Auto India said, “Skoda Auto India is fully geared up to strengthen its presence in the northern markets of our nation. Skoda Auto India previously introduced ‘EasyBuy’, an assured introductory 57 percent buyback value program across the ‘Superb’ model range, at the end of the three-year contractual term. It has also launched the ‘Skoda Shield Plus’, claimed to be a segment first initiative, to ensure six years of hassle free ownership experience. The offering incorporates motor insurance, 24 x 7 road side assistance and an extended warranty and is available across the Skoda Auto portfolio: Rapid, Octavia, Superb, and Kodiaq.

Skoda Auto India is in the process of revamping its entire dealer network which will entail manpower training, a customer-friendly layout, and business processes along with a refreshed design that will be the key to demonstrating the power of the brand.
