ReadyAssist expands presence across 26 states

The company provides its pan-India support only to its subscription customers at the moment.

Roadside assistance start-up, ReadyAssist has expanded its business operation to 26 states across India. With this expansion, the start-up now operates at more than 5,000 locations in 26 states and 9 Union territories. The company provides its all-India support only to its subscription customers at the moment.

Speaking about the expansion programme, Vimal Singh, founder and CEO, ReadyAssist said, “We have been working very systematically by understanding the real market needs, customer expectations and partner welfare. Our strength to deliver across any nook and corner of the country today is a manifestation of our team’s hard work for the last three years in the background going through many good and difficult times. We are confident that our services will be very useful to everyone who owns a vehicle.”

ReadyAssist provides a gamut of services under its roadside assistance umbrella starting from a minor on-spot repair to major accident recovery support for both two-wheelers and cars across the country through its subscription model. 

The company began its operations in December 2018 and was initially  focused to eight cities in South India like Bangalore, Hyderabad, Mangalore, Mysore, and Vijayawada till March 2020. At present, its subscription model is available only to its large strategic partners and their customers.
