May 9, 2012: PTC, which develops cutting edge product lifecycle management (PLM) tools and 3D design software, has announced the appointment of Jeffrey W Wilmot, former senior regional director sales at PTC in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, as the senior vice-president and country manager of PTC in India.
In his present role, Wilmot will oversee PTC’s India operation and help drive PTC’s growth in India. He will be responsible for all go-to market resources in India and also be an integral part of all the activities related to sales and marketing.
Commenting on his new role, Jeffrey W Wilmot said: “I am enthusiastic about working in a dynamic market like India. With its tremendous growth potential, India has always been a major focus area for PTC. I plan to capitalise on my experience to strengthen our presence in India and also expand our business through investments.
