New Delhi, February 2013: Paracoat Products (PCP), manufacturer of NVH (Noise, Vibration & Harshness) reduction components for use in the automotive industry, has announced the launch of its new initiative called PCP Care, aimed to make entry and exit in passenger cars easier.
According to the company, people with knee and spinal problems can easily get inside a car with minimal effort with the use of a swiveling seat. A comfortable leather seat equipped with a hydraulic system slides out of the car and can be retracted to its original position with the person seated. PCP Care was unveiled at the International Bus & Utility Vehicle Show held at Greater Noida last week.
PCP can install this product in the Maruti Eeco and Nissan Evalia. The approximate price for conversion is Rs 4 lakh plus taxes, with the delivery time a stipulated 8-10 weeks.
According to Rajesh Poddar, director (Business Development), PCP, “This is an initiative aimed to ease the pain of those who have difficulty in getting inside a car. We are one of the very few companies in India who manufacture such a product and we foresee a great demand for PCP Care in the Indian market.”
