Minda Corporation profit up 5.8% with Rs 44.6 crore in Q2 FY19
The automotive component manufacturer reports a 25.4 percent rise in revenue in the first half of FY2019.
Minda Corporation, one of the leading automotive component manufacturing companies in India and the flagship company of Spark Minda and Ashok Minda group, reported its financial results for Q2 FY2019 and H1 FY2019. As per the report, the company has reported a revenue of Rs 773.3 crore, a YoY increase of 18.1 percent.
The company has reported a net profit of 5.8 percent with Rs 44.6 crore in Q2 FY19 (Rs 42.1 crore; Q2 FY18). Their EBITDA came at Rs 82.3 crore with a margin of 10.6 percent.
In the first half of FY2019, Minda Corporation reported a revenue of Rs 1,551.6 crore, which amounted to a YoY increase of 25.4 percent. In the same period, they reported a profit of Rs 82.2 crore, as opposed to 65.1 crore in FY2018, an increase of 5.3 percent. The EBITDA for H1 FY19 was reported at Rs 155.4 crore with a margin of 10 percent.
