Maruti Suzuki targets 50,000 customers in 2 days with ‘Beat the Heat’ campaign

Close on the heels of the successful response to the first edition of its ‘Beat the Heat’ campaign, Maruti Suzuki India is to roll out the second edition June 14-15.

Close on the heels of the successful response to the first edition of its ‘Beat the Heat’ campaign, Maruti Suzuki India is to roll out the second edition June 14-15. The camp comes at a time when most parts of the country, especially North India which is reeling under a heat wave.

The two-day countrywide campaign targets 3,050 service workshops across 1,445 cities and over 50,000 customers. The campaign will see Maruti offer a range of services including free checking of air-conditioners, top wash, top-up of AC gas and lubricants, along with discount offers from the dealership on future repair dates.

According to Mayank Pareek, chief operating officer (Marketing and Sales), “Theme-based camps are a good opportunity to connect and educate customers on importance of good maintenance of cars. With the summer at its peak, the ‘Beat the Heat’ camp is our way of helping customers achieve top performance of ACs in their cars.” 

The carmaker sees the camp as an opportunity to educate and offer customers top tip on car maintenance. Trained technicians from the company’s service team check the AC system and also suggest remedial measures to achieve optimum performance and comfort level.

Maruti Suzuki has the largest customer service network in the country with facilities spanning over 3,050 service workshops in over 1,445 cities. Over 60,000 service engineers and technicians attend to 12.92 lakh vehicles every month.
