June 4, 2012: Mahindra Two Wheelers Ltd (MTWL) plans to launch its new fully loaded Rodeo RZ in select markets this month. The manufacturer sold a total of 9,096 scooters in May 2012, with cumulative April-May 2012 sales totalling 19,287 units.

“Our new Rodeo RZ is a powerful, high-performance scooter that comes loaded with unique features,” said Viren Popli, senior VP (Marketing, Sales and Customer Care), Mahindra Two Wheelers. He added that the new scooter will attract young riders.

Meanwhile, according to the company, cumulative sales of both the 125cc Rodeo and Duro scooters have crossed the 300,000-unit mark.
