JCB India recently showcased its innovative, made-in-India, made-for-India construction and earthmoving equipment machines at CONMAC 2015 from February 27 to March 1 held in Guwahati.
Amit Gossain, executive vice-president – Sales, Marketing and Business Development, JCB India, said, “North East is an important geography for JCB India and participating in CONMAC gives us an opportunity to showcase and reiterate that JCB machines are the most reliable and fuel efficient in the construction equipment industry.

JCB had its entire range of fuel efficient machines on display including the Made-in-India skid steer loaders. This skid steer loader is also known as the ‘Robot’ and is regarded as the safest skid steer in the world. Given its compact size, it is known to be among the most useful in solid waste management and general construction in restricted areas.
“Our aim is to innovate, design and produce machines which offer the best-in-class fuel efficiency, productivity and performance in the industry, leading to a high rate of return for our customers,” added Gossain.
JCB also showcased variants of its flagship product – the Backhoe Loader. JCB in India has the biggest range of backhoe loaders developed to suit different user segments. Apart from the 3DX, the company also displayed another major variant of its backhoe range – the 3DX Super.
In the JCB heavy line segment, multiple products were showcased and three new variants of the tracked excavator – JS220, JS205 and JS120 – were displayed. In the compactor range, VMT330 and VMT 860Compactor made their presence felt.
