JBM Group acquires TescoGo

The JBM Group has announced that it has acquired TescoGo, a high level engineering services provider for Italian and international customers.

The JBM Group has announced that it has acquired TescoGo, a high level engineering services provider for Italian and international customers belonging to different sectors such as Automotive (passenger cars, light and heavy commercial vehicles), aerospace and the transportation industry (trains, metros).

TescoGo, which has a staff strength of around 220 employees, offers a broad range of services, from concept to physical and virtual modeling, CAD engineering and CAE virtual simulation, prototypes, one-off and show cars realisation, up to testing and homologation, with constant production support and a high level project management follow-up. The acquisition was done through group company JBM Cadmium Ltd. According to Nishant Arya, executive director, more such acquisitions are in the pipeline.
