Indonesia's PT Mahindra Accelo Steel becomes part of Mahindra Intertrade

The Indonesian steel processing company will now become a part of Mahindra Intertrade which is a steel processing company in India.

PT Mahindra Accelo Steel Indonesia (PT MASI), an Indonesian steel processing company will now operate under Mahindra Intertrade (MIL), a subsidiary of Mahindra Vehicle Manufacturers (MVML), which in turn, a wholly owned subsidiary of Mahindra and Mahindra. PT MASI has been incorporated by MIL for 28 billion Indonesian Rupiah (Rs 13 crore).

PT MASI undertakes processing of metals and metal products. The company conducts following business activities –

-Providing steel processing services to various sectors in Indonesia, including, without limitation, the electronic transformer, automotive, white goods, and construction sectors;

-Providing any additional services as requested by customers, such as material inventory, packaging and transportation;

-Procurement and sales of steel products in its original form or processed form
