Hyundai Motor India’s used car biz is now ‘H-Promise’

Commenting on the change, B S Seo, MD and CEO, Hyundai Motor India, “We are delighted to bring our used car business under the globally acclaimed H-Promise, which will be a unified brand that will offer our commitment for customer-oriented service and strive for customer satisfaction.”
The company currently has 335 operational dealers in 225 locations across India. Buyers of used Hyundai cars get a company-backed warranty for 1 year or 20,000km, two free services and certification of the car.
In 2013, Hyundai Motor India recorded 70,000 exchanges and sold over 15,000 certified used cars. In calendar year 2014, the company is targeting 85,000 exchange sales and 18,000 certified used cars with the operational dealership network climbing to 360 across India.
