Mumbai, July 4, 2012: In an attempt to enhance its customer relationship, Hyundai Motor India Ltd (HMIL) has announced the launch of an online service website -- http://customercare.hyundai.co.in -- available to all the Hyundai car owners. The company claims this online service is the first of its kind from a vehicle manufacturer in India.

Commenting on the launch, Arvind Saxena, director, sales and marketing, HMIL, said: “This initiative will streamline and enhance the aftersales services for our customers.”

The website offers personalised services like service scheduler-reminder, on-line service booking, history and periodic service details, service and insurance calculators and nearest service station locator. There’s also other information in the form of a ready reckoner which encapsulates warranty guidelines, owner’s manuals, maintenance tips and guides. Customers will also be notified for the promotional services along with value-added services including expert recommendations, scheme benefits and prices.

The Hyundai Service website also educates visitors with tips on vehicle maintenance, driving safely, how to improve mileage, and notifications on camps and events for Hyundai car owners.
