Hyundai flags off i-Drive India

Hyundai flags off i-Drive India

New Delhi, March 5, 2013: Hyundai Motor India has flagged off the first edition of its cross-country drive ‘i-Drive India’ with its new special edition iTech i10 model. The flag-off ceremony was held at Hyundai Motor Plaza, New Delhi earlier today.

The drive, aimed to showcase the durability, performance, reliability and fuel efficiency of the i-Tech i10, will cover a distance of over 9,000km over 25 days along the ‘Golden Quadrilateral’ and will culminate in the capital on March 29, 2013. The route (Delhi-Jaipur-Udaipur-Silvassa-Mumbai-Goa-Hubli-Bangalore-Coimbatore-Kochi-Salem-Chennai-Vijayawada-Vishakhapatnam-Bhubaneshwar-Kolkata-Gaya-Varanasi-Agra-Delhi-Jammu-Delhi) covers high-altitude mountainous terrain, beaches, flat stretches of highways, congested city roads and the hinterland.

Nalin Kapoor, senior GM and Group head (Marketing), who flagged off i-Drive India, said: “We are certain that the new special edition with its innovative and advanced features will be appreciated by all the participants of this drive.”
