Honda unveils special edition of CB Hornet 160R

In an attempt to further accelerate sales of its 150cc motorcycles, Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India (HMSI) today unveiled a special edition of its CB Hornet 160R street naked sports bike.

The CB Hornet 160R special edition gets two new colours – Striking Green and Mars Orange – complemented by five-spoke split alloy wheels with striking rim stripes. HMSI says existing CB Hornet 160R customers have the option to install the new sporty graphics available across Honda dealerships.

As is known, the 163cc CB Hornet 160R is one of the first motorcycles in its category in India to meet BS IV norms, well ahead of the April 2017 regulation timeline.

“From the beginning, the CB Hornet 160R has witnessed appreciation from young motorcycle enthusiasts. The introduction of this new Special Edition with striking new sporty styling makes it irresistible, said Yadvinder Singh Guleria, senior vice-president (Sales and Marketing), HMSI.

The CB Hornet 160R is currently sold in two variants – single disc and dual disc with CBS.
