Hero MotoCorp has appointed Sanjay Jorapur as Chief Human Resources Officer, to take complete charge of the company’s HR function across its operations in India and global markets.

Hero MotoCorp appoints Sanjay Jorapur as HR head

Hero MotoCorp has appointed Sanjay Jorapur as Chief Human Resources Officer, to take complete charge of the company’s HR function across its operations in India and global markets. Jorapur will be part of the senior leadership team at Hero MotoCorp and will report to  Pawan Munjal. He joins the company later this month.

Munjal said “As people of different nationalities and socio-cultural background join the Hero family, we seek to build a world-class organisation in every sense of the term – policies and processes, meritocracy and above all, work-life balance.”

Sanjay brings over 20 years of experience and will play a significant role in further strengthening the company's focus on people-centric initiatives and processes. A computer science engineer and graduate of XLRI, Jorapur worked has worked earlier with Crompton Greaves and Honeywell.
