Hero MotoCorp’s aftersales service program crosses 1m registrations
The Hero Joyride program launched in January 2017, has achieved one million customer registration in 400 days, as part of the milestone celebration the company is hosting the 'Joyride Carnival' week under which customers can avail free washing and cleaning of their two-wheelers at authorised service centres.

The aftersales service initiative offers a smart card-based annual maintenance package, under which customers are offered a host of benefits and savings on service of their Hero MotoCorp two-wheelers at the authorised service centres. The OEM claims that this program guarantees substantial savings on periodic maintenances, labour cost and parts among others.
Commenting on the milestone, Ashok Bhasin, head – sales and customer care, Hero MotoCorp, said, “We are committed to provide the best-in-class sales and aftersales experience for our valued customers. We thoroughly study customer requirements and accordingly introduce distinct and innovative programs to offer maximum convenience and hassle-free vehicle ownership to our customers.
