Hero MotoCorp’s aftersales service program crosses 1m registrations

The Hero Joyride program launched in January 2017, has achieved one million customer registration in 400 days, as part of the milestone celebration the company is hosting the 'Joyride Carnival' week under which customers can avail free washing and cleaning of their two-wheelers at authorised service centres.

Hero MotoCorp’s aftersales service program crosses 1m registrations

Hero MotoCorp’s aftersales service program ‘Hero Joyride’,  launched in January 2017, has achieved one million customer registrations in 400 days.

The aftersales service initiative offers a smart card-based annual maintenance package, under which customers are offered a host of benefits and savings on service of their Hero MotoCorp two-wheelers at the authorised service centres. The OEM claims that this program guarantees substantial savings on periodic maintenances, labour cost and parts among others. 

Commenting on the milestone, Ashok Bhasin, head – sales and customer care, Hero MotoCorp, said, “We are committed to provide the best-in-class sales and aftersales experience for our valued customers. We thoroughly study customer requirements and accordingly introduce distinct and innovative programs to offer maximum convenience and hassle-free vehicle ownership to our customers. The Hero Joyride program is a step in this direction. Not only does this offer peace of mind to the customers, through the use of modern technology, it enables them to utilise the offerings across the country without any delay or tedious processes. We expect the registrations to further go up significantly in the coming months.”
