Gurgaon-based start-up launches multi-brand EV showroom

The start-up says the EV experience store will provide sales and aftersales services under one roof.

Gurgaon-based start-up Mad About Wheels (MAW), a multi-brand electric vehicle and solutions services provider has launched its first experience store christened 'Byjli' in Gurgaon.

The start-up says the EV experience store will provide sales and aftersales services under one roof.

The BYJLI franchise network will be owned by MAW, where it will appoint dedicated dealers with a stringent process for service oriented towards EV and consumer satisfaction. The start-up says it aims to expand to more than 50 towns and cities in next 1 year with premium stores in association with Omega Seiki Mobility, EVRE, SES, EMotarad , MIBL , Elephant , IDFC finance and Bike Bazzar among others.

Furthermore, its partners will provide EV products, charging, value added services, extended warranties as per OEM’s, AMC program and insurance services.

The store was inaugrated by Amresh Khar; Manish Kochharm co-founders, Mad About Wheels and Vivek Dhawan – Director Sales & Marketing – Omega Seiki.

According to Khar every dealer will be provided with charging point and asset light investment at dealership in Partnership with EVRE who shall own the charging facilities and station through their mobile app.
