Greaves Cotton's 165 Care Centres to service TVS three-wheelers

Greaves Care, the multi-brand spares and service arm of Greaves Cotton, has inked a strategic partnership with TVS Motors to act as a authorised service centre for TVS Motor Co's three-wheelers across India. Under this partnership, around 165 Greaves Care Centres will provide service support in the form of free services, warranty, post warranty and other related repairs.

Greaves Cotton says this tie-up will enable TVS Motor Co to access Greaves Care’s widespread service support for its three-wheeler customers. TVS Motor will have an assurance of robust service (free and paid service as per TVS policy) support from Greaves, enhancing the value proposition of the autorickshaws in a competitive market segment.

Currently, due to lack of accessible service and support, three-wheeler drivers often face monetary challenges arising out of lengthy down-time in vehicle repairs. Greaves Care says it provides timely service, quick turnaround time, on-site assistance, genuine spares, post-service support and experienced mechanics to ensure minimum down-time for drivers.

Greaves Cotton says over 200,000 customers have benefitted from the professional auto care services offered at Greaves Care. The company has a widespread presence with over 350 retail outlets, over 5,300 small format spares outlets and 165 Greaves Care Centres.
