Greaves' Light Engines Unit II, Ranipet bagged the Gold Award (Auto Ancillary category) at the recently organized Frost & Sullivan ‘India Manufacturing Excellence Awards 2008’ in Bangalore.

Greaves' Light Engines Unit II, Ranipet bagged the Gold Award (Auto Ancillary category) at the recently organized Frost & Sullivan ‘India Manufacturing Excellence Awards 2008’ in Bangalore.

The award in its fifth year in India is to acknowledge the manufacturing companies for their excellence and global competitiveness. Also, Greaves Light Engines Unit I has received the Certificate of Merit in the Gold category.

Greaves is among the largest independent manufacturers of single- cylinder diesel engines in the world.
