GM India strengthens network in Karnataka with two new 3S facilities
Both Vibrant Chevrolet facilities, located in Mangalore and Udipi, are 3S facilities integrating sales, service and spares to cater to the needs of the customers in the region.
General Motors India has inaugurated two new dealerships in Karnataka, increasing its reach to 12 sales outlets and 14 service facilities. In all, GM India now has 219 sales points and 248 service outlets across the country. Both Vibrant Chevrolet facilities, located in Mangalore and Udipi, are 3S facilities integrating sales, service and spares to cater to the needs of the customers in the region.
“We have opened the two new dealerships in the wake of the increasing popularity of Chevrolet vehicles in Karnataka. The facilities will be headed by Mithun Chowter and Arun Mendes, who are recognized as prominent business leaders with strong credentials in the state. We are confident that under his able leadership and guidance, the dealership will set new benchmark in sales, service and customer satisfaction,” General Motors India said in a statement.
GM India has also introduced a number of industry-first programmes including the Chevrolet Complete Care programme. The comprehensive customer care initiative ensures a low cost of maintenance for Chevrolet customers across India.
