Gemopai launches Astrid Lite e-scooter at Rs 79,999
Astrid Lite will be available across over 50 dealerships in India and Nepal from October first week. Astrid Lite claims a range of 75-90km per charge.
Gemopai Electric, a joint venture between Goreen E-Mobility and China's Opai Electric, announced the launch of Astrid Lite at Rs 79,999. The electric scooter is claimed to have a range of 90 km per charge and a three-mode drive of sports, city and economy.
The company says it began pre-booking for the scooter from September 9 onwards at its dealer stores with an expected delivery date in October first week.

The company says customers will also be able to double the range of Astrid Lite using an extra battery. Astrid Lite also offers safety features such as side-stand sensor, anti-theft sensor and EABS (Electronic Assist Brake System) for more effective power brakes. At present, Gemopai says it has over 50 dealers across the country and Nepal.
