Garmin expands product range for India with 4 new portable navigation devices

New Delhi, May 15, 2013: Garmin Corporation, the satellite portable navigation device (PND) manufacturer, has launched four new products for the India market. The products – nüvi 42LM (Rs 8,990), nüvi 52LM (Rs 9,990), nüvi 2460 LM (Rs 13,990) and nüvi 2568 LM (Rs 16,990) – will help the company consolidate its market position as it has the maximum number of PNDs in the country.

“With the launch of these devices, we are ensuring that people should get a world-class experience in navigation,” said Tony An, sales and marketing director, Garmin Corporation.

Loaded with unique features, the new devices help make a search easier with predictive text. The devices are powered with New Guidance User Interface, which helps the user search destinations at ease. There is also photoReal Junction View with the real-world picture of the junction to enable easier navigation for the user.
The newly launched devices, like other Garmin devices will have broadcast in Hindi, English and nine Indian regional languages.
