Dr Baba N Kalyani, chairman and managing director, Bharat Forge Ltd, has received the 2014 Majha Sanman award. He was given the award recently by the chief minister of Maharashtra Prithviraj Chauhan and Union surface transport minister Nitin Gadkari. The award has been conferred on Dr Kalyani for his distinguished track record of entrepreneurship that has set extremely high standards of ethical and transparent conduct and for Bharat Forge’s contribution towards building Brand India.
