DICV eyes growing demand for tippers in Madhya Pradesh, opens 17th BharatBenz dealership
The new PPS Trucking BharatBenz dealership in Indore is the 17th BharatBenz sales and service facility in Madhya Pradesh, where Daimler India Commercial Vehicles aims to increase sales of its tippers.
Daimler India Commercial Vehicles (DICV) has added a new 3S (Sales, Service and Spares) BharatBenz dealership to its network in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, partnering with PPS Trucking.
This facility is the 17th BharatBenz sales and service location in the state. The other 16 locations are situated in Indore (Rau), Bhopal, Jabalpur, Bela, Katni, Shivpuri, Singrauli, Chattarpur, Sagar, Manawar and Gwalior. The 3S dealer network is complemented by six 2S (Service and Spares) and four 1S (Spares) facilities in the state.
The service network in Madhya Pradesh comprises of 15 Mobile Service Vans (MRVs) and 49 service bays, capable of servicing up to 24,000 vehicles annually.
DICV’s strategic plan in Madhya Pradesh is not only to expand its sales and service network but also to educate dealer and service staff about the unique needs of customers and how to provide them with top-notch service quality. This approach is part of the company’s nationwide initiative to skill 8,000 service technicians who would be trained to service over 600,000 commercial vehicles annually.

Madhya Pradesh’s sharp focus on the Swacch Bharat has opened many opportunities in road construction and infrastructure where BharatBenz rigid trucks and tractor trailers will prove beneficial to customers there.”

BharatBenz has over 350 sales and service locations across India, covering national highways on the Golden Quadrilateral North-South and East-West Corridors, with reach to customers on these highways within two hours. BharatBenz trucks have arguably the safest crash-tested cabins in India, meeting the highest safety standards as per European cab-crash regulations and yet to be introduced in India.
