Continental Tires expands retail network in South India

Premium tyre manufacturer Continental Tires has inaugurated its flagship Continental Premium Drive dealership (CPD) in Subramanyapura, Gubbalala, Bengaluru and has further expanded its retail footprint in South India, a key regional market.

The facility, spread across 3,200 square feet, is the largest tyre and alloy wheel outlet in the city and houses an extensive selection of top-tier products including premium car tyres, branded alloy wheels, and comprehensive car wash services.

“The new addition to Subramanyapura shows our bette- quality customer experience and strong relationship with customers in the southern part of India. We are committed to provide our customers with the highest quality products and services in the region. Moreover, the new stores in the region will bring the company one step closer to fulfilling its commitment to safety, comfort, and performance. The company intends to expand its retail presence in the remaining parts of the state and other South Indian states in the near future”, said Samir Gupta, Managing Director, India and Head of Central Asia Region, BA Tyres APAC, Continental Tires, at the inauguration.

Continental Tire's regional expansion of CPD stores aligns with the company's ‘In the Market, For the Market’ - approach to increase its geographical presence and provide better services and improves customer experiences.

Continental's premium portfolio encompasses car, truck, bus, two-wheel, and specialty tyres as well as smart solutions and services for fleets and tyre retailers. One of the world’s largest tyre manufacturers, in fiscal 2023, the tyres group sector generated sales of 14 billion euros. Continental's tyre division employs more than 56,000 people worldwide and has 20 production and 16 development sites.
