CarXpert to open 80 new car service centres by end of FY 2017-18
The organisation provides the A-Z of car servicing- from repairs, car care to insurance renewal, extended warranty. The car service company’s business model involves company owned-operated and franchise workshops.
Haryana based CarXpert is targeting 80 new multi brand car service centres (including franchise model) in various parts of North India by end of FY 2017-2018. The company recently opened its first franchise workshop Kundu Motors in Gohana in Haryana.
CarXpert currently has its own workshop in Palam Vihar, Guragaon and more than 20 franchises in various cities including 18 in Delhi NCR region and one each in Lucknow and Mohali. The company also opened its first franchise workshop in Gohana, Haryana and has planned to launch franchise in Hisar and Jhajhar by August and September, followed by other franchises in Sonipat, Panipat, Kurukshetra, Rewari, Charkhi Dadri, Ambala, Narnaul, Mahendragarh and Karnal in the current financial year.
The company consolidated its business model in August 2016 and has rapidly expanded its franchise network of more than 20 franchisees in short period. Commenting on the company’s core capabilities, Colonel Y.S. Katoch, co-founder, CarXpert , said " Most of our workshops are well-equipped with latest tools, machinery and highly qualified manpower and are geared to provide all multi brand car related solutions under-one-roof. Services include mechanical repairs, accidental repairs under cashless facility, insurance policy renewal, car beautification (interior and exterior beautification), sale of spare parts, car accessories and tyres. To ensure hassle free service.”
CarXpert intends to scale up gradually to around 500 franchise partnership by 2020 (including 80 in North India), with plans to start Pre-owned car franchise business in FY 2018-19 in the pipeline.
