BMW India opens new aftersales facility in Pune
Spread over 135,000 square feet, the unit has a state-of-the-art aftersales service workshop with 40 service bays (including mechanical, body and paint).
BMW India announced the opening of Bavaria Motors, its new aftersales facility at Plot No 25, Hadapsar Industrial Estate in Pune.
Spread over 135,000 square feet, the unit has a state-of-the-art aftersales service workshop with 40 service bays (including mechanical, body and paint). According to the company, the dealership delivers extremely high quality standards in all processes of service, spare parts and business systems to ensure that customers receive the best-in-class aftersales ownership experience.
Bavaria Motors aftersales facility has employed over 110 people and provided intense training to its staff at BMW’s training centres in Singapore, Malaysia, Germany and Gurgaon. Currently, BMW India has 41 sales outlets in the Indian market.
Commenting on the new facility, Frank Schloeder, president (act.), BMW Group India, said, “The launch of the largest aftersales facility for Western India with Bavaria Motors further strengthens our commitment towards our discerning customers in one of the most promising markets in India.”
