Audi India honours dealer partners
The Awards celebrated the top achievers for the brand across a wide range of key performance indicators (KPIs) and rewarded the most complete performance within the respective categories.
Audi India recently felicitated its dealers at the annual Audi Dealer Partner Awards 2016 held at Gurgaon.
The Awards celebrated the top achievers for the brand across a wide range of key performance indicators (KPIs) and rewarded the most complete performance within the respective categories.
Audi Gurgaon under the leadership of Rashy Todd, emerged as the winner in category A, while Audi Coimbatore under the leadership of C Anandkrishnan and Audi Karnal under the leadership of Chirag Gupta, won the coveted Dealer Partner of the Year 2015 award in categories B and C respectively.
First runners up were Audi Bengaluru, Audi Jaipur and Audi Bhubaneswar; while Audi Delhi West, Audi Kolkata and Audi Guwahati took second runners up position in their respective categories.
Commenting on the occasion, Joe King, head, Audi India said, “Audi dealerships are the first customer touch points and therefore play an extremely important role in initiating customers’ interest towards the product and addressing their needs both pre and post sales. The Audi Dealer Partner awards are recognition of these dealerships which have consistently surpassed the benchmarks in a wide range of KPI’s including customer satisfaction, sales and service. The Dealer Partner awards recognise the dealerships who consistently deliver supreme performance across the entire business, and therefore I would like to congratulate the teams of Audi Gurgaon, Audi Coimbatore, Audi Karnal as well as all the other winners for emerging as the best Audi partner in their respective categories.”
