Ankush Arora quits Tata Motors

Tata Motors’ senior VP and head (commercial) of its passenger vehicle business unit, has put in his papers, according to sources. It is learnt that May 31 will be Arora’s last day in Tata Motors. He had moved to Tata Motors from General Motors in April 2013.
We learn from sources that Arora will be moving overseas to take up a key role in an organisation in the automotive sector.
Arora’s exit from Tata Motors comes at a time when the company is preparing to launch the Zest and the Bolt – two new models that are expected to revive Tata’s falling share in the passenger vehicle market. His latest launch is the Aria refresh with a revised price tag of Rs 9.95 lakh.
