All-new Scorpio-N to be unveiled on June 27
The All-New Scorpio-N will be powered by both petrol and diesel engines, and will come with a choice of manual and automatic transmissions.
Mahindra & Mahindra’s all-new Scorpio, slated to be unveiled on June 27, 2022 has been christened the ‘Scorpio-N’.
In a press note, M&M said the Scorpio-N will redefine the D-segment SUV category and has been engineered ground-up to meet the aspirations of the young and tech-savvy customers looking for a full-size authentic SUV.
The All-New Scorpio-N will be powered by both petrol and diesel engines, and come with a choice of manual and automatic transmissions. In keeping with its adventure capabilities, it will be offered with a 4x4 option. With the Scorpio-N, Mahindra will have have another ladder-frame based SUV in its line-up that also includes the Thar, the Scorpio, Bolero and Bolero Neo. The Scorpio-N will be made at Chakan, Maharashtra and will be sold alongside the existing model which will now be called the Scorpio Classic. in FY22, close to 40,000 Scorpios were sold.

This tough yet sophisticated SUV has been engineered and designed by our teams at Mahindra Research Valley (MRV) near Chennai, Mahindra North American Technical Center (MNATC) in USA and Mahindra Design Studio in Mumbai.”
Codenamed Z101, the Scorpio-N is one of the OEM's key launches following the Thar and the XUV700.
