Mumbai-headquartered Mahindra & Mahindra’s structural revamp exercise continues to make news. As the company looks to reinvent itself and regain lost ground in the automotive sector, the company is making key changes in its design department.
As part of the exercise, the company has appointed Ajay Saran Sharma, head of Mahindra India Design Studio (MIDS), who has been redesignated as vice-president and head of MIDS. He will continue to lead the Design Program Management (DPM) of MIDS as well as Mahindra Advanced Design Europe (M.A.D.E).
