ACMA AUTOMECHANIKA NEW DELHI, the Indian edition of the world’s largest automotive trade fair, has roped in a few big names for the exhibition that will take place in New Delhi from February 7-10, 2013.

Anand Automotive, one of the leading Tier 1 suppliers of automotive systems and components, which virtually supplies to every vehicle and engine manufacturer in the country, has been confirmed as gold partner. RoopAutomotives has been signed as silver partner for the show.

According to the organisers, over 50 domestic companies such as Setco Automotive, Banco Products, Rockman Industries and Steel Impex have supported the show by participating as exhibitors. More names from the 600-strong member list of the Automotive Components Manufacturers Association of India (ACMA) are expected to join in the coming months. Responses from international players have led to the creation of pavilions for countries such as China, Italy, Germany, Russia and USA.

The fair is expected to open business gateways to India for prominent exhibitors like Gahbin, Schumacher, Euro Diesel, Rahimafrooz and Isher Trading among others.

Major confirmations from international suppliers are expected after Automechanika Frankfurt 2011 (September 11-16). Incidentally, Automechanika Frankfurt will celebrate an India Day in association with ACMA and EEPC (Engineering Export Promotion Council) to showcase India as destination of choice for automotive aftermarket manufacturing.
