Sylvaine Bilaine, the former managing director of Renault India, has taken up a new role as senior advisor for the India business of NewBridge Partners. The Paris-based firm operates in emergency situations and under strong time and resource constraints. It specialises in transition management. NewBridge Partners provides managers with specific goals for a limited period to play key roles in companies that need to tide over some emergency situation or are looking at improving performance.

NewBridge Partners is in advanced discussions with players in the fields of foundry, rubber, plastic and logistics with Indian suppliers.

Bilaine also runs a consulting firm, SyB Consulting.
