M&M expands Blue Sense app for XUV500, new Scorpio

Mahindra & Mahindra (M&M) has introduced Blue Sense, a vehicle smart app for iOS users for its flagship SUV, the XUV500.

Mahindra & Mahindra (M&M) has introduced Blue Sense, a vehicle smart app for iOS users for its flagship SUV, the XUV500. It has also introduced the app across the Windows and Android platforms for its Scorpio SUV. Prior to this, the Blue Sense app for the XUV500 was available to Android users only.

According to the company, it developed the Blue Sense app for Apple devices following over 24,000 downloads from XUV500 customers. All existing XUV500 customers can download this app from the Apple app store for Apple devices.

The feature-laden app enables customers to connect with the vehicle using Bluetooth. Users can control features related to the infotainment and climate control systems and also view important vehicle information such as tyre pressure and fuel statistics. The app also provides alerts and warnings such as door open notification, service reminders, and distance to empty details.
