Tata Motors eyes growing EV market in Nepal, launches Nexon EV Max

Tata Motors, which is witnessing growing demand for its EVs in Nepal, expands its portfolio with the Nexon EV Max.

Tata Motors has launched the new Nexon EV Max at a starting price of NPR 46.49 lakh (with 7.2 kW charging option) in Nepal. The Nexon EV Max had been launched in India exactly a year ago, on May 11, 2022, and has helped the company expand its EV market share.  

Equipped with a 40.5 kWh lithium-ion battery pack, the Nexon EV MAX offers 33% higher battery capacity and has an ARAI-certified range of 453km (under standard testing conditions). The eco-friendly compact SUV, which develops 100 kW of power and 250 Nm torque, has a 0-100kph time of under 9 seconds.
